*WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS*

  • We only offer store credit for returns in the form of a digital gift card. Gift cards with be emailed to the email address used for the original order within 3 days of us receiving your Return.
  • We must receive your Return within 15 days of your order ship date.
  • Returns must be scent free, stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include your original packaging slip with return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. Send your return via shipping method of your choice. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping.
  • Sale items, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, and intimates may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased using a coupon codes or comment sold may not be returned.
  • Shoes may be returned unworn with no scuffing on the bottoms and must be in original shoe box. Please use shipping materials to return shoes do not send just the shoe box as it stands to be damaged.
  • If items are sent back past the return policy period you will be contacted to have them shipped backed to you at your expense.
  • Return items that do not meet the above criteria will only be held for 30 days.

Exchanges  

  • Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size. Due to our limited quantities per style we cannot guarantee an exchange is possible. If we are currently sold out of the size desired we will be unable to process an exchange so please refer to the return instructions above.
  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days of your original shipment date.
  • The item(s) you return must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.
  • Once we receive your item(s)(please allow up to 7 business days for processing)we will ship out your item.

 

Defective Items

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted.
